Kelly McLaughlin has over 15 years of experience in higher education and consulting, including in the following roles.
In her role as Director of the Carey JD/MBA Program at Penn, Kelly oversaw all aspects of the program, including the admissions strategy. Over the years, Kelly has reviewed hundreds of applications and interviewed hundreds of applicants. She has also worked as a management consultant.
When not working with potential applicants, Kelly works for an executive search firm and teaches communication and professional development courses. She and her husband live in Philadelphia, where you can often find her walking along the river path, exploring fun restaurants, and chasing after her labradoodle puppy.
